Colonial Arms relies on our professional managers to cater to the needs of our tenants. In addition to extra service’s that we provide, Northeast Extermination enters our dwellings to spray each apartment at the end of every month. We have yet to have problems and will continue to ensure no problems occur with the help from our tenants in maintaining cleanliness.

But we go beyond the help from our maintenance man to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We provide contacts for after hours in the event that an emergency occurs.
